Pinot Noir by Dugat Py of Burgundy. The Dugat family enjoy a peerless reputation for viticulture in Gevrey-Chambertin which dates back to the seventeenth century. Vieilles Vignes is picked off an inventory of younger estate blocks, albeit up to fifty or more years of age, treated to a minimalist vinification and extended term of maturation in an indulgement of the finest new oak casks.
