Pinot Noir by Salitage of Pemberton. Cherry flavours with a fleshy and textured palate lead to a soft balanced finish. The entry level Pinot Noir by one of Pemberton's grand old winemaking estates. John Horgan established Salitage after tours of duty at Robert Mondavi and Premier Cru Domaine de la Pousse D'or. Due to the minimal handing during vinification, a small deposit is expected, the winemakers recommend decanting prior to serving.
