There's a single block of Montepulciano along Bird In Hand Road at Woodside in the northern Adelaide Hills, a warmer site with rocky, well drained soils, perfectly suited for Italians. The seaside influence of Gulf of St. Bird In Hand»
Vintaged from a single block of magnificent old vines on the cooler climes of Eden Valley high. Heirloom are all about identifying and rejuvenating superior parcels, a patient and painstaking approach to the resurrection of venerable elder plantings, for the realization of profoundly structured, powerful yet elegant wines. Glenrowan is a place of great natural endowments, it grows the finest fruit and hosted a famous gold rush. Glenrowan has remained quarantined from any exchange of viticulture since the 1890s, a felicitious quirk of history which has preserved the provenance of some great old vineyards. Baileys Glenrowan»
Belford Vineyard paradoxically produces the bigger yet softer of all Tyrrell's premium Semillon wines. Belford is the Hunter Valley archetype, showing a tightly structured palate with considerable length and breadth of citrus honey flavours. Tyrrells»
Whole bunches and oak barrel ferments, the costly extravagance of three years tirage on sedimentery yeast lees, each bottle individually riddled by hand, disgorged and sent to cellar for the ultimate indulgence of extra age before release, Pamela is the zenith of the sparkling winemaker's art. Her luxurious effervescence exudes brioche, tarte tatin and French boulangere, her creamy textural mousse unravelling ribbons of rich yeasty autolysis, crème caramel and baked fruits. Wicks»
Coriole is one of McLaren Vale's most eminent, artisanal estates. Consecutive vintages of Coriole Shiraz have claimed a remarkable back to back San Francisco Double Gold. Coriole»
In commemoration of the year Samual McWilliams planted his first vines, 1877 is a national flagship, crafted from the best fruit of vintage. The choicest parcels of estate grown Shiraz are sourced from superior mature vines on the original McWilliams plantings at Barwang among the Hilltops. McWilliams»
Paringa is one of Victoria's leading estates, having claimed Royal Melbourne Most Successful Winery Trophy and earning impressive international acclaim for it's founder, the eminent Lindsay McCall. Bellarmine produces a range of wines which are made from grapes grown on its picturesque estate in the cool climate region of Pemberton in Western Australia

Bellarmine Vineyard was planted in 2000 and is owned by a German doctor, Dr Willi Schumacher and his wife Gudrun Schumacher. The Schumachers are passionate about great wine and searched the world for a place to plant vines before they chose what has become the Bellarmine property. The vineyard is an elevated site with gravelly laterite soils. Since the first vintage in 2004, Bellarmine has been consistently producing stunning wines. Bellarmine Wines is rated 5 stars out of five by renowned wine reviewer James Halliday.

Named after 15th Century made jugs used to carry wine from oak cask to table, the labels show etchings taken from Bellarmine jugs. Bellarmine Wines is a couple’s dream come true. They’d like to share their dream with you.

Dr Di Miller has been making wine since 1999. Before this she enjoyed working in mixed and small animal practice as a veterinarian in the U.K. and Australia. Di is passionate about wine and about her work for Bellarmine which she sees as a very high quality vineyard that produces restrained, savoury wines full of flavour and balance. “Each year the wines get better and better”, enthuses Di, who has made the wines for Bellarmine since they began production in 2004.

Di also manages the Bellarmine wine company which she has done since July 2008. Prior to this she was Senior Winemaker and Manager of the highly successful contract winery, The Vintage Wineworx in Porongurup, Great Southern. In 2007, Di was a State finalist in the Telstra Businesswoman of the Year Awards. Now in her second year of the Master of Wine course run by the London Institute of Masters of Wine, Di has enjoyed the opportunity to travel to Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne, and the Rhone Valley in France and Ribera Del Duero, Rioja, Jerez, and Madrid in Spain.
